Who knows if O'Reilly was endorsing exchanges, or a public option, or even if he had any clue what he was talking about. At the very least, though, it's a recognition from him that he thinks the basic argument for a public option is compelling.

They are both killing competition, Bill, and the big O will have the last hand.
I use to like watching him but he has been acting weird the past couple of weeks.
Maybe he can see that the public option just makes sense.

O'Relly is letting his EGO over rule his brain. He is more concerned with appearing fair and balanced than right. I think as the audiance shifts to Glenn Beck for truth he doesn't know what to do.

O'Reilly is losing his conservative audience in droves, so in desperation, he's jumping over to the dark side to gain viewers.
Stick a fork in him, he's done.
I, for one, will never watch him again.
You all are confused. You must be liberal. See, that's exactly the problem with our country. Liberals lack the intellectual capacity or the tenacity to work through the nuances of an issue, and there are simply too many liberals walking around.
O'Reilly was not speaking of the same Public Option which was proposed earlier by your habitually-fibbing president. O'Reilly was speaking of a government form of health insurance. That's all. Obama is proposing a government takeover of the entire healthcare system in America. Obama's public option will employ doctors and other forms of providers and govern how all aspects of healthcare are delivered.

He just said on his program that "The left is trying to say I support the public option. That is not true."
He then played a clip of a recent program where he said he does not support it.
O'Rielly is and has been a center left commentator for years.
It's just that the left has moved so far left they see him as an extreme righty. You have to remember, the left only know what they are told, they 'need' to be told.
