Scott where is blueridge parkway? Is rt 340 considered blueridge parkway or is the road that goes across skyline drive blueridge parkway or maybe neither

The Parkway starts at the south end of Skyline Drive and goes south to the Smokey Mts. It is not 340, not sure that it has a number. It's about 412 miles long.
