DE has the death penalty and will use it, unlike MD. These 3 should be fried immediately. Cop killing is a capital offense, as any murder should be.

Delaware will prosecute and execute him, as should be. Take the other two with them. Why pay to keep them alive in jail for the rest of their life? $45,000 a year to keep an inmate in jail.?? hmmm. electric chair, lethal dose, bullet, much much cheaper alternative. Maybe when they find him, they will put the taxpayers of Delaware at ease by killing him, saving the cost of a trial. This is second gun offense, and should be his last. This one should include him being shot and killed by officers. They already know he is armed and dangerous, no more innocent lives taken by this thug. Put several bullets in him when you find him.
