Incident: Possession of Heroin
Date of Incident: 7 August 2009
Location: 1510 S. Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Alexandria J. Rittenhouse, 25, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 7 August 2009
at 5:15 AM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a hotel in the 1500 block of S. Salisbury Blvd during the investigation of the unauthorized use of a vehicle. During the investigation, one of the deputies entered a hotel room to speak with Alexandria Rittenhouse. While inside the room, the deputy observed what he recognized as heroin along with related paraphernalia. Also located in the room was a pipe that had been used to smoke crack cocaine and still had remnants of the drug inside it. Upon searching Rittenhouse, additional heroin was located in her dress.

The deputy placed Rittenhouse under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Rittenhouse was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center in lieu of $7,500.00 bond.

Incident: Possession of Marijuana
Date of Incident: 7 August 2009
Location: Snow Hill Road at Toadvine Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Steven Carey, 23, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 7 August 2009
at 11:48 PM, a deputy stopped Steven Carey for exceeding the speed limit on Snow Hill Road. During the traffic stop, Carey exited the vehicle to speak with the deputy at which point the deputy discovered Carey had marijuana in his pocket.

Carey was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance Carey was released on Personal recognizance by the Commissioner.

Incident: Assault First Degree
Date of Incident: 9 August 2009
Location: 500 block of S. Maryland Avenue, Delmar, MD
Suspect: Konstantin Miroshnikov, 47, Los Angeles, CA

Narrative: On 9 August 2009
at 1:56 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a produce distribution warehouse located in the 500 block of S. Maryland Avenue in Delmar for a reported altercation. Upon the arrival of the deputy, it was discovered that an argument had ensued between a truck driver, Konstantin Miroshnikov, and the proprietor of the business over delivery of damaged watermelons. When the proprietor refused to accept the damaged watermelons, Miroshnikov allegedly brandished a foot long screwdriver and began swinging it at the proprietor.

The deputy placed Miroshnikov under arrest and transported him the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Miroshnikov was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center in lieu of $40,000.00

Incident: Hit and Run Accident
Date of Incident: 9 August 2009
Location: Pittsville Road at Bob Smith Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Sheila J. Morley, 41, Pittsville, MD

Narrative: On 9 August 2009
at 9:36 PM, a deputy responded to investigate an accident that had occurred in the intersection of Pittsville Road and Bob Smith Road in Pittsville. Upon the arrival of the deputy, it was discovered that the vehicle that had caused the accident by pulling into the path of an oncoming vehicle had left the scene without making contact with either the other vehicle or law enforcement. The operator of the vehicle that was struck managed to provide the investigating deputy with the tag number and description of the other vehicle.

The deputy responded to the residence of the registered owner of the vehicle, Sheila J. Morley. Upon arriving at Morley’s residence the deputy observed a vehicle with fresh front end damage that matched the description provided by the operator of the other vehicle. Upon speaking with Morley, she advised that she was the one driving the vehicle when the collision occurred. When asked why she did not stop, Morley replied that she thought she had hit a deer. Upon running a check of Morley’ driver’s license through the Motor Vehicle Administration, the deputy discovered that Morley’s Maryland driver’s license was suspended.

The deputy placed Morley under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Morley was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.

Isn't Sheila Morley the same one that got into trouble last week or so for hitting her child when the child couldn't find her mom's ciggerates?
