Inspection of Bridge on 4th Street/Route 9 Will Require Daytime Lane Closures
Wilmington -- The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Bridge Management Forces will inspect the bridge over the Christina River along Fourth Street/Route 9 between Christina Avenue and Swedes Landing Road in Wilmington.
The lane and shoulder closures will occur on Tuesday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 2 from 9 a.m. through 2 p.m. The rain date will be Thursday, September 3.
Motorists are advised to expect delays, drive with caution, and slow down in work zones.
