Not really seeing the point of this. Doctors here make mistakes too.

This stuff happens here too...

The only difference is that the republicans would take away the victims right to sue his doctor.

How the heck can you take out a persons appendix and it rupture at a later date. That was not a mistake,it was total incompetence.

And do you really believe you will be able to sue government doctors if this healthcare bill is passed.?

11:35am-Conservatives would put a cap on pain and suffering, not take away your right to sue. Become a little more informed on what tort reform is really about before commenting and repeating lies.

Are ou seriouslysuggesting that there are no botched surgeries here now???????????????? If you ar you are more misinformed and polluted than even I thought.

There are botched surgeries now, of course! Humans make mistakes, and there's a legal justice system in place that compensates people for their suffering... unless, of course, the justice system is now going to be the one to have to pay that compensation...well, then maybe this guy had TWO appendii and voila! we owe nothing 'cause it was the patient's fault! Watch out giving the government control of everything!
