I saw these same reviews about a year ago on Yahoo travel. Prostitution has been a problem in Salisbury for years. If just last month this was new news I'd have hope, but as usual the locals are a few years behind the curve. Now put an end to the countless armed robberies and solve a few of the recent murders and we can begin to have hope that things are at least progressing forward. Its doubtful that progress will occur though, it definitely hasnt in the past.
