Suspect(s): Angelo Rosa, age 37
Resume: State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration (Soar) Unit is currently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Angelo Rosa, age 37. Rosa is wanted by the Delaware State Police for failure to comply with his sex offender registry and failure to report his updated address. Rosa also has warrants out of Newark Police Department for forgery. Rosa is a Tier II sex offender and registered as homeless. He has failed to comply with his registry requirements. Anyone that knows the whereabouts of Angelo Rosa is asked to contact the State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-672-5306.
