This is a Rally celebrating the Bill of Rights while highlighting how current state + national issues are in violation of our basic rights, and what we can do about it.
After the live music and guest speakers we will walk to Lawyers Mall and have a FLASHLIGHT SERENADE in front of the Statehouse to SHINE THE LIGHT ON THE TENTH AMENDMENT AND HEALTH CARE! (Flashlights will be sold at the rally, or bring you own)
