The following will probably amaze and startle you..
One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University study.
Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a daycould significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or reading.
Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.
Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?
(No kidding, all of the above are true...)
Of course, too much water may have strange side effects.

Haha! Thats naughty! All kidding aside, your body is made up of 70% water so your diet should reflect the same. Most people drink coffee first thing in the a.m. which actually dehydrates you more. Form a habit of drinking a 16 oz glass of water when you wake up. Warm water is even better. The japanese only drink warm beverages because they believe the cold water coagulates the fat in your body where as the warm water helps flush it out. Try it-you will see the energy boost.
OMG!
Hydration is the LEAST of her problems.
I think the left side is HOT and the right side is COLD, or do I have it backwards????
OMG, she'll never drown!
That was an eye opener first thing in the morning ! Thanks

10001110101,
Just curious, are you a doctor or nurse? Your comments reflect knowledge of medical facts. I am going to try some of your suggestions. Thanks
Can you say motor boat?
OMG, that's frightening!!!
Does this shirt make my chest look big??? LMAO!!!!
4:44-Yes-Actually I am a multifaceted person who has to dive over books to get into bed with the hopes of not having to get up to go pee in the dark through the book maze and risk stubbing my toe or worse. If you would like more details, email me at my blog site and I will share or add you to my friends IM list.
Coffee DOES NOT dehydrate you. Thats just an old wive's tale. So if you are a doctor or nurse you are not a very good one.
9:48am-coffee contains caffeine, which is a diuretic and yes, it does dehydrate you-but it does taste better than water
