On August 25, 2009 at approximately 12:56 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Target Department Store for the report of an employee theft. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that the below listed suspect, an employee of the store, had been observed making fraudulent returns and keeping the return credit.
ARRESTED: Juvenile, 17 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Theft (under $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to guardian CC # 200900029896
On August 25, 2009 at approximately 8:30 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart Department Store for the report of two (2) shoplifters. Upon arrival the officers were advised by store security that the below listed two (2) suspects had been observed by store employees taking merchandise from the store without making any attempts at payment. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the store.
ARRESTED #1: Shelley Lynn Robinette, 23 years of age Elizabeth City, North Carolina
ARRESTED #2: Lisa Michelle O’Quinn, 30 years of age Elizabeth City, North Carolina
CHARGES (both): Theft (under $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Both released to Central Booking CC # 200900029952
On August 25, 2009 at approximately 10:33 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police responded to the Boundless Playground on Broad St. for the report of a trespasser. Upon arrival the officers met with the below listed suspect. The suspect initially gave the officers false identification information, then gave correct information. Once the correct information was received it was found that the suspect was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. As the suspect was taken into custody on the outstanding warrant, the suspect assaulted the officers and resisted arrest.
