Glen from OC was near 127th street, a accident had just happened was told by a pedestrian that a Police car had stopped a car on 127th street and in the confusion a Eagle HVAC Van hit two ladies crossing the street.

I was just in OC this past weekend, and i cannot believe the idiots that just cut right across the highway with no crosswalks what so ever, not saying this is what happend here but Pedistrians do not pay attention at all down there, cant believe more people are not killed in OC each year
The driver will be taking a pee test now, insurance says so.
