TOM STEVENSON, WHERE ARE YOU (not at the old “Salisbury Mall”)?

These photos, shot over the past weekend, show weeds much worse than in many residential neighborhoods, where Barrie would often approve citations for having only a few blades of grass in the sidewalks. Those hot-shot boyz from Baltimore – Natelson & Dzaman -- must think that being a “friend of Barrie-Bubba” is still the key to the City of Salisbury. Just look at the crop of weeds on the remaining paved surface and the area inside the falling down soil fence, not to mention the mini-mountain with a thicket and overgrown vegetation.

Mr. Stevenson Check out the city boat ramps mini park across from the marina. What a disgrace.

that should have been the next civic center site!

That is Mr. Stevenson's public notice sign warning the "Owner" to cut the grass or ELSE. Really... read it! I did.

When was the sign posted? When does the city start mowing, charging and/or fining these bozos?

This is an abandoned lot, not being used. If Mr. Stevenson was all caught up with keeping the truly Public Property in good condition (people are actually being paid to keep these particular properties up), then those infractions involving private property which involve dangerous conditions, and then those private infractions which are not dangerous, like these skunks. Prioritize.

He's layin low there's a new boss.

Its ashame that this lot has went to waste. And I can't believe that the city can't use it for something. It would be nice to have a new and bigger civic center; a place where alcohol is served and maybe a professional hockey game? Just a thought.

Are Natelson and Dzaman going to try again with that same old excuse that NSCC sent the notice to the wrong address, which really was the right address, but they were only selectively picking up their mail?
Didn't like those guys then and like them even less now.

The "hot shots" are from Howard county actually and they have a weak track record across the bridge. The city and the county should give them the boot. These guys will NEVER perform.
