Although Shanie Shields clearly stated the City could use the old building for a new City Hall, somehow the Daily Times missed her statement completely. How convenient!

Yes, those who can't walk the extra three blocks along the scenic RiverWalk to get to the current location. On the other hand, it moves the library three blocks farther away from those who now use it.
