I wonder how many "Moms" there are out there right now dealing with "Dad" worried about bills, kids and everything else that Moms deal with that wouldnt kill for a couple of days at this hotel just to relax and enjoy life. You know "Free" on the tax-payers.

I don't remember the details, but there was something funny about this. Something like they already deposited the donation before getting council to accept it? Or pre-paid the trips? Something like that.
I hope Ireton puts a stop to this "make the deal and ask for approval later" habit our government is in.
Anyone else see the Irony of this All America City press release coming out at the same time as press release for the Crime Task Force meeting tomorrow at 11 a.m., Room 306?

This "competion" will have about as much creditability as the Metropolitan Magazines " Best of the Shore" awards if crime-ridden Salisbury is named an All-American City.
to my mind this escapade is on a par with the fix the downtown crusade WTH difference does it make when we need other things WAAAY more...streets, you don't bust an axle on, for example.
All America City is just another sign Barrie wanted to put up. Just another way she tried to have people ignore the facts.
