Cap and Trade has been in the works for many years. The idea of taxing "carbon" is totally outrageous. They are taxing our existence! A person or animal must use / process carbon to live. These folks want to tax farmers for the amount of carbon emmitted from a cow's excrement for example. We will buy and sell carbon credits on the open market. It is a program for the rich to exterminate and enslave the poor.
Completely out of control! I've had it and we need a war here in America to get rid of these people who want to destroy the U.S.
