A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM TUESDAY FOR KENT COUNTY. A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT TONIGHT, AND A COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM TUESDAY FOR THE MARYLAND, AND VIRGINIA BEACHES.MORE.

Remember the drought for the past few years? This is what weather does. An "old wives tale" is 7 years wet - 7 years dry. People don't make the weather - in fact they can't even predict it correctly - so don't look to Obama to straighten out this situation.
