She's part of the fire department in Pittsville.

If you check MD Judiciary Case Search, she has quite a criminal background. But unfortunately not many convictions. Her first theft goes back to 1990. There were other ones 11/07 and 12/08. Now this one. How many others but she wasn't caught?

Initial reaction: "What an IDIOT!"

Second reaction: "There has to be something wrong here, mental imbalance perhaps?"

Logically, if your intent is to steal, you don't want to get caught. Why give them your name, address, DOB...all that?

Either she's emotionally unstable or mentally unstable -- kinda makes you wonder what that prescription was for? (Anti-klepto meds?)

Just a thought.
