Joe....in case you didn't read about or see this yet..bill H. R. 45 has been introduced and is currently in commitee...this is a federal gun registration and tracking law (read: gun control bill) introduced by none other that an Illinois Representative (Obama's home state)... here is a website address that is tracking H. Essentially this is nothing more that is happening now. When you apply to purchase a firearm or transfer a firearm between owners privatley, you fill out the forms that declares everything and then within a week or two the state police give you approval. If this were passed then they would give you a license to do this. It would just be them giving you a permit or id stating you are a owner. This all happens now, but you do it everytime and you dont have a piece of id. I understand that some other states dont have this same strict policy that Maryland has, so this would bring every state to the same policy,
Yes 3:16 it would bring down every state to the 2nd ammendment intrusion that Maryland does.

Clearly this is a means to an end for the new Attorney General to rid us of any possiblity of protection under the Tiahrt Amendment by tracing your gun purchases and forcing you to be licensed to own or purchase a gun. The first step to disarming you is to take away your ability to be "free"....
