this doesn't surprise me one bit. This type of "stuff" has been going on for years and if the public only knew, they would rise up and impeach the hell out of him. There are so many red-necked, barbaric, crooked episodes of sheriff department behavior that it would embarras the whole state, let alone Somerset County. Ask the a--hole to take a polygraph test and see what his answer is. END OF ARGUMENT. He is a lier, a thief, and a devient the likes of which we shouldn't have to put up with in the 21st century. You get what you deserve all you redneck ostriches.
