Washington, D.C.

Good Morning from Washington, D.C. Folks. As you can clearly see, many are getting the impression that after hours of lining up to get in, it may just be impossible to do so. The lines are forever long and the feel is like there's 2 billion people here. We'll see how things go. Back to you Joe.

The inauguration of our new President is indeed a great occasion. Not because he is black, but because it is America and we are unique in many ways. What other country in the WORLD has this type of transition from one party to the other. I did not vote for Mr. Obama, but we must respect the voice of the majority and take a wait see attitude and watch this moment. I am glad my grandson wants to see it when he gets home tonight. I would not miss this nor have I ever missed any in the past----- years. Thank you for reporting back first hand. I think it is horrible that the council is meeting this morning. It speaks volumes of these clowns.
