There has been over 1 million jobs losted in 2008 and anyone of them would be thankful to have your job.
I know it takes a certain type of person to do correctional work. But believe me there are thousands of people out there that can do it. If you are unhappy "LEAVE" THE JAIL WILL STILL OPERATE WITH OUT YOU. Someone is waiting to be hired. WCDC takes a longe time to hire but thats they it is.

Well if 11:02 is one of the Jails elite then they should have the secretary post a comment. Their grammer is terrible. That way they can keep a employee working.
DDD is ultimately responsible for all of the mess at the WCDC. Until he goes, nothing will change. Pollitt obviously doesn't care about the situation or he would have replaced DDD a long time ago. Pollitt has been notified of the incompetence and untrustworthyness of DDD many times.
At first the all-caps and insults in haiku form were cute,but now it is getting old and I am failing to take it as seriously as I did before.If these are legitimate complaints then they need to be voiced in a manner that will be taken seriously by Mr Pollitt and the other powers that be.No offense,and NO,I do not know anyone employed there.

How do you suggest doing that bluetothetotmom? I agree with you, but for officers to make complaints at public meetings might just make them targets from the powers to be, if you know what I mean. And I do agree Pollitt should be officially informed in some way.

Officers at WCDC Don't get their
30 min lunch breaks...........
This should be required by federal
law..........Probably IS
Officers are treated Very Badly,
and the place Don't even want to feed them at all.....or give drinks
ANywhere else, officers leave their
posts to go and eat at the ODR and
get thir 30 min to eat. NOT AT WCDC
You may get 5 to 10 min, and on your POST, while inmates harass you
and you still work, at the same time,........ WCDC OWES OFFICERS
ALOT of 30 min lunch breaks, over YEARS, in time.....That ADDS UP
to Alot of LOST lunch time OWED to
the officers........AGAINST THE LAW
For the "Don't Get A Lunch Break" complainants,
Gather together and file a class action suit against the top players at WCDC and at Wicomico County. Otherwise, shut the devil up.

They spend too much of the taxpayers money watching and snitching each other out then the job they are actually getting paid to do.
