Salisbury Police Department Press Releases

On December 12, 2008 at approximately 6:33 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on patrol in the area of Riverside Drive and stopped a vehicle occupied by the below listed suspect for traffic violations. As the officers approached the vehicle, the officers were able to detect the scent of suspected marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The suspect was checked and found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected cocaine and related paraphernalia.

ARRESTED: Lewis Kimble, III, 34 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Possession of cocaine
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

On December 15, 2008 at approximately 8:50 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to a residence on the five hundred block of Wailes St. for the report of a domestic type argument. Upon arrival the officers met with a female victim who advised that during an argument, the below listed suspect opened the hood of her vehicle and tore a portion of the engine wiring away. This rendered the vehicle inoperable. As the officers met with the suspect, the suspect was loud and causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Efforts by the officers to calm the suspect were unsuccessful.

ARRESTED: Elvis Manuel Grullon, 42 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Malicious destruction of property
Disorderly conduct

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

Smelled marihuana and recovered cocaine? Where's the marihuana charge???

Don't think there is any relation to the wcdc security chief. He's been in out of that place a lot in the last 15 years. Ask the "good" nuns at the Joseph House, they'd tell you he's changed. Kinda funny he got arrested again. That was a waste of charity money.

Sounds a lot like the dealings of Thomas Kimble, WCDC Security Chief, when he was working in the State Division of Corrections. Has to be related with this type of similarities.
