This was a big question asked yesterday but quite frankly it's been a ongoing question for several months now, perhaps even a year. The trouble Shanie Shields has been experiencing has been going on for about a year or so now.
My sources tell me that Shanie Shields has allegedly been living, (are you ready) in Princess Anne. Like it or not, Shanie better get used to vehicles following her daily because people want to know. If she has in fact been living in Princess Anne, she has been breaking every rule while being completely aware of what she's been doing and the entire time she's been living there, (should this be true) none of her votes count on Council. NONE!
I have people in Princess Anne asking around and keeping an eye out for her vehicle. If someone out there actually knows different, wants to use their NAME and NOT be anonymous, I'll be happy to post their comment. Let's all get to the bottom of this and I believe the Taxpayers deserve a direct answer and the truth as to where she actually lives.

Here is a question. If Shanie's votes are void, would that make prior 3-2 votes now a tie at 2-2 or would they actually be 2-1 in the other direction because Louise should not vote unless there is a tie? How does the charter work in that situation?

What you have just done is likely to cause her to react, by moving, to avoid exposure and legal sanction if she now lives in Princess Anne -- get hard evidence before announcing the details.
FYI -- a recent comment to another post says that she is renting space near the Perdue plant from a Salisbury slumlord, but I forget the name.
Please send all your pics of her former pig-pen to the City's code compliance officer ASAP.
She works at the Daily Times. Just camp out there, and follow her home at night. Should be simple to figure this out for a gumshoe like you, Joe.

We have a councilman here in Pocomoke that hasn't lived in his district in over a year and NOT ONE of the others members of the council will do nothing about it!
He still owns the house and uses his phone bill as proof.

Shanie rents from Hebrew St. Fleur owner of Hebrew Insulation. Biggest violator of immigration laws since Perdue got caught with a truck load of mexicans coming across the bay bridge. WHY hasn't ICE been over there to visit him? WHY doesn't 4-2 apply to him when he piles 7 and 8 Haitians in one apartment? The question is always WHY in this god forsaken town.

Okay, folks, a little history.
LeFleur (Hebrew Insulation - nothing in common with the Jewish, just a nom de plume) donated the max to Barrie's last election campaign, both as an individual and as a business entity. After Barrie's successful reelection (are you people totally stupid, or what???), Hebrew Insulation was granted a zoning change (an annexation) at a site at the edge of City property.

Yes DingleBarrie. You and the great chubby one are elected officials and that makes you a public figure. Stalking isn't the appropriate term, but I see it makes you feel better.
If you don't like people prying into your personal lives then do us all a favor and resign from office. Yesterday wouldn't have been soon enough.

How did this woman even get on the council? Since 2001 she has had 12 civil case's in Wicomico
courts because she can't pay her bills? And she's making financial decisions for a city. I'de say thats may be part of the problem.
