He is putting in new batteries to count the quarters thank you. He is not a meter nazi like the other A$$Hole was. Give him a chance.
I work downtwon and I like the guy, I have heard several people say the same. He's fair, professional and a nice guy. Yes, I have gotten a ticket, but I left the meter run out? Not everyone is going to like getting a ticket, but at least he's fair and polite. I think along with many others he's doing a great job!
