Leave it to the City of Salisbury to let these drinking fountains turned off long enough for someone to steal the components. That's right, much of it is copper and even though there's a CAMERA right next to this fountain, I've read no arrests being made for the thieves.
Hey, by the way thieves, I heard the Mayor's Rims on her car are made of copper.

maybe the city took it off so it wouldnt get stolen while the fountin is not in use.
Im glad to see it, this prooves theres obviously more things on the cities priority list
