most of these trucks are dropped from major city areas , there is little tagging going on in the industrial park.
Salisbury tagging is mostly in the city.
look for the tennis shoes on power llines.

Work has taken me up to Wheeling Wv. for a little bit. Well believe it or not downtown Wheeling is chalked full of taggings all over; even blatantly on buildings on main roads.
I'll get some pics later, but there is a correlation between Salisbury and here.
1. Very little difference between those who have and don't have money.
1.B. This is caused by industry leaving and not coming in to replace jobs.
2. Lot of taggings, worse than Salisbury right now.
3. Heavy drug traffic.
Sounding familiar yet?
4. Reports from users and others that gangs are getting established.
5. A local police force that is not getting the job done for whatever reason. (not a knock to those who serve in Salisbury faithfully and dutifully nor is it to incite any hate towards most local officers who do do their job; note I said for whatever reasons, so that is open to comments)
Food for thought of where Salisbury could be heading.

Hey 10:49am I guess the tagging on the sidewalks and houses in the Church Street area were dropped off here too? Man that must have been one heavy load!
10:49-- I live close to where this trailer is parked and it has been there for quite a few weeks. It was just recently tagged so try again.

by the Mall, Salisbury North- behind the Mall, Cannon Farms?
Try all of the above. As a former Corrections officer for both Md. &
Wicomico I've seen who the dealers
and gang members are. I've also seen many hanging around and residing in these areas.
Now,I am sure the local Law Enforcement are aware of these locations. However, it's the law abiding citizens responsability to report suspicious activities to them, and they will respond. I've done it twice anonymously and within a couple days I've seen them where I told them to go.
They can't be everywhere, but we can.
