The City's Parking Garage continues to show signs of neglect and age, even though it's not that old. Maybe I should have said, POOR WORKMANSHIP? Kind of like the new Station 16!

Well be prepared to write about the "new parking garage" at PRMC! I cannot believe it passed any type of inspection. I have been in parking garages from New York, Philly, BWI, Atlanta and the one at the train station in Wilmington. NEVER, have I been in one that is so confusing and the turns are definitely quite tight. I wonder how many fender benders they have had in it and we have not heard about. It doesn't look very well constructed either.
There's been problems with this parking garage since it was built. Southern Builders was the contractor.
