Oh, that FEEL GOOD Press Release sent out last week from the Salisbury Police Department wanting ALL of YOU to feel good that your man is afraid to go out and find his way to the Thrifty Motel for a quickie clearly told me today, (Sunday) that those arrests didn't seem to scare off the female population looking for a quick buck or two.
It goes back to the old Dr. Phil saying, "How's It Working For You" Chief? I truly loved the God Message they like to pass off to everyone each day from that Motel, as if anyone believes the bullsh!t coming from that place. Nevertheless, without going up to the windows and taking some peep shots, I chose to stay across the street and watch these people doing what they could to pick up anyone they possibly could. Funny thing is, why isn't the local Law Enforcement doing this?
I spoke to one of my friends about this who travels that area several times a day and he said, yep, I saw them today. They're out in full force, aren't they? So WE can see it! We can also see the Gangs and We can see the graffiti and prostitution and even the rampant drug sales all over the City. How is it everyone is so blind Chief?
Let me close with this. Does anyone reading this Blog believe for a single second that the SPD isn't loaded with PROFESSIONAL Police Officers trained to have an eye for such wrong doings? I say that with all due respect towards the Officers because I happen to know that they have been asked to concentrate on other issues instead and the Officers are EXTREMELY frustrated.
Remember, where there is prostitution, there is drugs. If "I" can see this so openly, if Officers are asked to concentrate on other issues, would you agree your City is falling apart right in front of your very eyes and it's time for a change in leadership? Or do you simply believe no Police Officers were working on Sunday?

No lie: This past Friday I was stopped at the light at Ponzetti's on 13, when one of those women from the last picture strolled across the intersection with- get this- a "For Sale" sign around her neck. She was giggling, and pointing at the cars, including pointing directly at me and making a "kiss-kiss" face. I was dumbfounded.
Do any of these women have health cards? Looks like they are not shooters, they're wearing short sleeves. They must be smoking their drug of choice.

I see this activity everyday. I am not a police officer, but I do recognize what is going on. These women are not well educated and don't attempt to hide it. Where there are prostitutes, there are drugs. Where there are drugs , there are thefts. Get the picture Chief. Mike Lewis comprehends this. This area of the city is the worst by far. Its not because of mysterious crime, but the obvious in your face crimes. Things that you can recognize and do something about. If you can't handle these crimes, then why are you even doing Police work. Come on. The citizens expect better.
These women are there everyday and night. The Thrift Inn, Chesapeake Inn and the brick two story building behind the Thrift are their havens. There are plenty of customers and nobody bothers them. If the police can't see whats going on, then they should all get eye exams.
You can only imagine what diseases are being spread. The crime and poverty in this area are out of control. I have to laugh whaen I see the Mayor doing a photo op in this area while picking up trash or dedicating a park. Give me a break lady. Spend some time cleaning up this street trash. Get on your Police Chiefs behind and tell him to clean up this mess for you.
Don't forget one MAJOR important issue here Folks. The Mayor drives past this area each and every day to get to work and then home. She could go other routes, (assuring she doesn't see the obvious) but she must drive with blinders on.

I'll bet wymzie $5 that a lot of crack & meth prostutes do get welfare and food stamp/cards. I've seen the same girls that hang out on the streets plying their "trade" also working a scam at grocery stores. Lets say they have a $300 food stamp debit card; they will ask people if they want $300 worth of groceries for $150. They even offer to let the person walk around the store with them and pick what they like. They use the card at check out, then go to the parking lot and exchange the groceries for the amount agreed upon. I'm feel reasonably sure that anyone who enters into this kind of transaction with these welfare frauds is equally, legally guilty of fraud! I've also, several times, observed local street prostitutes being arrested in parking lots of grocery stores. They pick the most expensive cuts of steak, hide as much as they can in a handbag or under their clothing. They are not doing this to feed their starving kids! If they manage to get out of the store undetected, they make up some bull s*** story and try to sell the steaks in the parking lot for a fraction of the original price. If you observe someone hiding items in a store, don't confront them! Simply tell the store management; he or she will call the police.
If someone trys to sell you groceries in the parking lot, you can bet they are stolen; get their tag number and call the police!
Recently the police in my town have conducted prostitution stings using police women from other cities. They probably did this for a couple of months. Each week the local paper would list the names and fine amounts of the "Johns."
The fines averaged about $1,200. I was shocked at some of the names. Some were married men aged 35 to 70
Some I had known for years and are pretty well off financially. The women on our streets are mostly young but skanky looking, as their lifestyle probably won't allow them to look otherwise.
I just shake my head and wonder when I read the names. $1,200 for a chance to catch AIDS or some other STD? How did they explain to their wives? How humilated are those wives. I would advise those men to call the Rev. Jimmy Swaggart and ask for his advice and prayers.
As a result of the stings, the "working girls" are still there, but the number of newer, luxury vehicles stopping to pick them up has dropped to almost none.
I assume the girls now have to rely on local druggies to buy sex. Of course that means a dramatic drop in purchase price for skanky sex when compared to their married, well to do customers, but that's tricks...I mean business!

Joe the sad part about the entire prostitution thing is that the poor officer arrests the girls charges her with the stuff that he needs to charge her with and before he can complete all the necessary paperwork at the station the girl is walking south bound on 13 back where she was arrested. Commissioners usually always release on own recognassance and if they do remain in jail the 30 days until trial, they almost ALWAYS get time served. 30 days in jail back to looking healthy and clean and then they are back out again doing the same thing over and over. Several in those pictures have been arrested and prosecuted more than once or twice for prostitution, but that doesn't do anything to stop em.
we can't even get the council to give us more officers or money to make us comparable to other agencies to keep us either able or motivated to deal with those problems. According to the people in charge there is no problem, no problem to them does that mean it should mean no problem to us?

Secondly, the police are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. I have several friends in SPD who are jus frustrated by arresting these scums and within 24 hours, there back on the street.
The commissioners dont give a damn, hell, there are some commissioners (EASTON and OCEAN CITY) that have criminal backrounds. These commissioners dont have any type of legal backround as you may think. THey have a high school education and dont need anything more to get hired.
Finally, lets face it...its the oldest profession and its gonna happen everywhere. Dont believe it, go to any big city and drive around...you will see it. I see it daily in OC. Drive down 15th street and watch the russian girls come out and try to stop you. Drive to 28th street and the beach and see how many times you get approached by a whore trying to sell her a$$. Get on craigslist and see how many are in your town. Its all over....the solution isnt on the police, its on the courts. Start giving out harsher sentences, longer jail times, and long term problems for these johns that hire these girls.
1. If a guy gets caught and he is married, the wife should be called and informed.
2. If a guy gets caught for the 2nd time, give him a huge fine...im talking like 2500.00.
3. If a guy get scaught for a 3rd time, penis removal. I bet that would stop alot of that crap.
4. If a girl gets caught selling her a$$ the 2nd time, give her mandatory 180 days in jail, 3rd time give her 2 years.
I know alot of you are gonna say that is unfair and cruel, well it would do 2 things. It will give them time to clean out their systems of the drugs, which is the reason they do it, and it prevents them from being on the street for that amount of time.

joe i beg you find out when the court cases on the arrested prostitutes are, and listen to their criminal history prior to sentencing and then still watch them get time served or probation for their 4th/5th/6th prostitution arrest. Yes, the pregnant one in the last pic was indeed smoking. I know this because as I sat at the stoplight in front of Outten Brothers this afternoon, she approached my car and tried to talk to me. Yes, she's pregnant, and yes, she was smoking. I ignored her-- I tried to get a picture, but in the time it took my worthless camera phone to be ready, the light had changed, and she had moved on to the gentleman in the car behind me.

And Chief No Hair has been watching this area for over a year now with the help of wireless camera's place on telephone poles in the area. In stead of looking at the whores while driving by, pull your car off the road. And look around the area of the hotel and Mayflower storage building. You will see the camera's looking at you. They just don't want the locals to know what has been going on now for several years. As I have been told they can zoom in on the sex act and watch them in action. Most of the act's are oral sex which is quick and drop your drawers and bend over and touch your toes. Alot of bareback sex out there, and some use rain slickers were they have wife's. So the SBY POLICE must have a fetish of watching others having sex, and not getting them off the streets.
