Yes. I had a seagull walk right out in front of my tire once. He saw me coming, sat there and waited and then BAM! So yes, I believe they can.

Don't lemmings jump off cliffs en masse?

Extremely ill animals are known to stop eating so that they die.

The squirrel playing chicken in the road this morning must be trying to die!! I had to swerve left, right, left....I think he was trying to RUN INTO my tires! Crazy geese by WAWA meander right out in front too. At least they travel in a line and don't play dodge with me....:)

One of my pond's goldfish jumped out of the pond. My husband said he committed suicide because there was too much algae!

animals dont have a conscience, they are born with three things as prioritys, food, water, reproduction. the only animals that have forgotten this is us. humans are a disgrace to mother nature.
