More graffiti continues to plague the City of Salisbury and Gangs have taken over the streets. However, if you're a Daily Times Subscriber, you wouldn't know that now, would you?

I have a question that your bloggers can help me with, Joe. Can anyone tell me what taxi company has white cars with black lettering? There was one such vehicle speeding through my neighbor's property and out her driveway. I saw the car but couldn't read the name of the cab company and want to report it to the police. Any help would be appreciated.
