All the guys ( I know there must have been some help from the women folk too) at the
Pocomoke Volunteer Fire Department have been getting ready for the 'Big Weekend' and it's finally here!
Chicken is expected to start coming off the grill at about 11 am.
You can get your chicken on the 4th, 5th and 6th, this weekend; on Rt 13 South at the Nocks Tire / Pohanka Collision complex.
Friday morning WBEY will be on site broadcasting live from the BBQ, courtesy of Jimmy Landon's Septic Service and Tom's Refrigeration!
So come on out early and be part of the excitement!

If anyone plans on driving the Route 13 trhough Pocomoke to Virginia or back we recommend this for two reasons.
1) GREAT CHICKEN... Hands down.
2) SUPPORTING A VERY WORTHY CAUSE
If anyone is offended by a blatant commercial plug, please remember that the money is not going into any one persons pocket.
