Joe, dont know if you may know, but why are the guys from the landfill indictments all listed on the Judiciary case search except the Tomaszewski guy. I just checked . His name is not listed as being indicted. Does that mean he turned states evidence and got a deal?
When was this posted? I checked my box this morning and it was not there, then I checked there web site at about 7:30am and this message was no were to be found.
If it was just recent then they are a little late with the message.
