Can you say PISSING CONTEST!!!
If you built a skate park and staffed it with an Police Officer when it was open, it would be cheaper than paying 25 officers chasing kids all over the city because they have nothing better to do.
What happened to the old skate park? Where did it used to be? I heard there used to be one. What happened?
It was behind the Civic Center. They buried it!!
