Episodes under Barrie Tilghman like this one, huge tax rate increases, etc., have made Salisbury the laughingstock of the Stare of Maryland.
Anon 8:15, I think you are correct in your assessment and I believe the mare and bubba are to stupid to realize they have made salisbury a laughing stock. Something to make note of is the fact Salisbury was the laughing stock of the state BF (that's befor bubba). Salisbury has been a joke for about 10 yrs or more. First there was controversy with Gillis, Cannon, Stacey. Then Caldwell, Ireton, and others. Also Scott, Webster, Polk, Siggers and some overlapping just to give you an idea. (the names and times may not be accurate, but you get the idea). BF doesn't mean that bubba is an innocent party, he is just so stupid that he doesn't know any better and he is at the end of the puppet strings. So what we have here ladies and gentleman is a common demoninator. I am not a mathematician, but I can figure that one out. Can you. Oh, don't let me forget louweasil. She has been groomed as another puppet. Damn I had more faith in that old woman.

Yep, Smallsbury is truly a zoo! It is Barrie who should be in a cage. What she has done to bring disrespect and ridicule upon our City is a disgrace. And Pick and Gary (grown men) jumping to her dictates is a sorry thing to watch. LouWeasle and Shanie can be dismissed due to low intellect--we can't really expect more of them.
i see a lawsuit building on this one i think she can win hell if they can spend 10,000,000 on the new fire house they can afford to give her a nice settlement.
