Salisbury Man Found Unconscious in Zoo Restroom

SALISBURY, Md.- A Salisbury man was found lying unconscious on the floor of a restroom of the city zoo on Monday morning, authorities say.
Salisbury police say that at around 9:02 a.m., officers received a call to respond to the Salisbury Zoo for the report of a man sleeping in one of the restrooms. Upon arrival, the officers located 20-year-old Robert Carvil Shockley who was unconscious in the bathroom area.
Police say Shockley was awakened and found to be in possession of a small quantity of suspected marijuana. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of CDC paraphernalia before being turned over to Central Booking.
A lot of homeless people use those bathrooms and probably wash up in the sinks if they wash up.
That is also just one more thing that will turn visitors away. Another reason to charge a small fee to enter.

I'm not saying the guy wasn't locked in by the staff, but if he is in such a state unconsciousness that the cops had to wake him, I have to wonder if he was on something else?
I have been told recently that Salisbury has a huge heroin and opiate issue.
look i know him and i know he wasnt sleeping in there. causee i know he wouldnt have anyneed to and i also know that he was only there for 20 mins befor the cops were called. and why would it turn people away no one goes to the zoo that eairly and why would they tell everyone that someone was in there if it affects there business. and everyone needs to stop their gossiping befor carma bites them all in the butt...
