It was a year ago yesterday when Rocky, Debbie, Jim & Rick got together, (I just happened to pop into Rick's Office) to discuss this idea of a Neighborhood Congress.
The photo above records their very first meeting on the subject and like it or not, the Neighborhood Congress is up and running, with or without Shanie Shields?

Next meeting of the Congress is in Delmar on Jan. 29th. The topic is crime. They have very exciting speakers who are experts locally and nationally.
The topic of the last meeting (held in Hebron) was growth. The speaker from the Baltimore/Annapolis area was very informative and I learned a lot.
I heard they were looking for a location in Delmar. Have you found one?
The Town Hall address is 100 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Delmar, Maryland 6:30 PM
