SPD "Keepin It Real" Press Release 1

On December 2, 2007, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to a local bar for the report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers were advised that several suspects had assaulted a victim behind the bar, and then had fled from the area in a vehicle. The vehicle was operated by a fourth suspect. Salisbury Police detectives were able to identify the four (4) suspects, and as a result, warrants were obtained charging the suspects with the assault. Arrested as a result of the investigation were:

Arrested: 1. Ryand Adam Thomas-Smith, 23 years of agePrincess Anne, MD

Charges:

1. First degree assault (3 counts)
2. Reckless Endangerment
3. Conspiracy to commit assault
4. Second degree assault (3 counts)

Disposition: Released to Central Booking

Arrested: 2. Richard Anton Mathis, 23 years of age Sicklerville, NJ

Charges:

1. First degree assault (3 counts)
2. Reckless Endangerment
3. Conspiracy to commit assault
4. Second degree assault (3 counts)

Disposition: Released to Central Booking

Arrested: 3. WH Elyon Bush, 22 years of age Frederick, MD

Charges:
1. First degree assault (3 counts)
2. Reckless Endangerment
3. Conspiracy to commit assault
4. Second degree assault (3 counts)

Disposition: Released to Central Booking

Arrested: 4. Eboni Monique Barksdale, 20 years of age Princess Anne, MD

Charges:

1. First degree assault (3 counts)
