Joe Ollinger, simply put, is an idiot! This representative of the failing Alessi Campaign was listening to Charles Jannace state that it seemed ironic that he was excluded from the PACE Debate because the Alessi Campaign influenced PACE and came up with a ruling to this day still could not be produced to Mr. Jannace after all this time. Joe Ollinger SHOUTED out, "THAT'S A LIE, THAT'S NOT TRUE!"

Mr. Jannace quickly said, now I didn't interrupt you when you were up here speaking. The entire crowd realized this guy was a complete idiot and it once again proved that everyone involved in that campaign is aggressive and will go on the attack at any given moment. Alessi can claim all he wants that they are gentlemen and they like to handle things civilly but as we will clearly point out each and every day, they cannot control themselves and they're out of control.

I personally told the man to shut his mouth after he tried to continue speaking and he immediately shut up. You're NOT going to bully me Ollinger, haven't you learned that yet?

I was personally VERY disappointed in last nights turn out! Considering this was a Fire Department Related Debate, where the hell were the Fire Fighters? They want to ask a million and one fire related questions and there was maybe a hand full of Fire Fighters there. It's no wonder the Eastern Shore is labeled the way it is. An 18% turn out at the Polls simply shows how there's about 18% of the Eastern Shore that is edumicated and the rest can't even spell that word. LOL

Seriously though Folks, what the hell is wrong with you people? You complain left and right about how badly things suck around here and now you have a grand opportunity to truly make a difference and I guess 82% of you are edumicated by yard signs. Guess what there Earl, that there signs a perty lookin sign, I'ma gonna vote for that there fella! Glee, Glee, Glee!

I guess we'll be able to tell the amount of Eastern Shore Idiots by the amount of Alessi votes. This should get VERY interesting! By the way Ron, I'd be afraid to show up and compete against Charles Jannace if I were you too. Don't feel bad for hiding from competition last night, Ollinger was just as big an idiot as you are and read from the same script as you do. However, he read it much more easily than you do because he writes everything you read anyway. You just can't flow through it as easy as he can.

It's been a lot of years but after finding Gary Coleman as a security guard in Las Vegas we finally found Alfalfa from the Little Rascles.















When they started firing questions at last nights debate, you know, (the one Ron Alessi refused to attend) it was mainly fireman related questions and quite frankly, everyone started getting tired of them quickly!

There isn't enough time for such serious County related issues to simply debate about the Fire Departments wants and needs and they wasted a TON of time on issues the County Executive CANNOT fix or change anyway. Fortunately Charles Jannace brought that to their attention and things started to change.

The Daily Times Shuts Down!

UPDATE, It's now around 4:00 pm and the Paper still has NOT arrived!

Once again The Daily Times has failed to take care of their Customers as they claim another Press went down, therefore they cannot publish their Newspaper.

It is almost 11:00 am and I have yet to receive my paper. I called into the Times and a very rude gentleman asked how he may direct my call? I said, circulation please. He replied, OUR PRESS WENT DOWN!

I don't care what anyone thinks, when you're in business you have a PLAN "B"! It's called a back up plan! The Daily Times has delivered this kind/type of message to me some 30 times already this year. They've put in new employees, run Editorials almost swearing they're going to make a difference and every time I speak to someone they say, come on Joe, this has been going on for 11 or 12 years now!

That's unacceptable! They have a business to run, (professionally) and while we're paying for it, (UNLIKE THE BLOGS) we should get what we're paying for. As should their advertisers! Since you're changing employees daily down there, did you ever think of buying a new BACK UP PRESS? Dee, Dee, Deeeee!

The Salisbury Police Department & Mayor Are Out Of Control!

I was sent this letter earlier today.

The city required that police officers sign a 5 year contract. They put into the contract that the officers will be charged, in the event that they leave prior to the 5 years are up, for the academy (which comes to about $1200) and for equipment and specifically states "Gun, radio, uniforms" etc. All the items are returned upon termination by the way.

Officers have left over the past 5 years for various reasons including total incompetency and poorly run department. The pay is significantly lower then other departments and the workload is significantly greater. Officers making $30,000 for the city can jump to another agency such as WCSO, OCPD, or other making $47,000 with the possibility of a take home car. After years of submitting requests three officers are being given take homes finally. So, officers have left violating the contract. Because they stand to make $10,000 more in one year then staying for 5 losing $20,000 or $30,000.

The city is suing the officers for $10,000.00 each! These are officers that have served the city and the community for a period of at least two or three years, putting their lives on the line, for low money and harsh working conditions. They finally just couldn't take it anymore and had to leave for their sanity and to support their families. Besides the city is charging these officers for equipment that was all returned!

I couldn't believe these deer came right up next to the horses standing in the paddock area not 20 feet from them as well as our Yorkies playing in the back yard. They were standing there watching the puppies play. This is the life!

Lynn Cathcart's Husband Tries To Pick A Fight At Old Mall

One citizen asked Barrie Tilghman, "How come only the Press can ask questions, why not the citizens as well?" As Barrie explained it was OK for citizens to ask questions, out of nowhere comes a little squirt of a man yelling, "BECAUSE IT'S A PRESS CONFERENCE, YOU JERK!"

I immediately turned to this pip-squeak of a midget and said, you better watch your mouth and act like a gentleman around these Ladies. He replied, "You better watch your mouth too."

As the little man started almost running away as I approached him, Lynn Cathcart yelled at me, "You better leave that man alone, he's my husband." I said, I'm not after him Lynn but thanks for letting me know who he was. I was trying to get a picture of him.

A few weeks ago after a City Council Meeting I was speaking in the hallway with Debbie Campbell and others when all of a sudden Mike Dunn walked past us waving his finger left to right, "You Wretched People!" He just stood there like the princess fairy saying it over and over again till I finally stated VERY directly, WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME? He then said, get away from me and leave me alone.

My point here is Folks, the Council seems to be getting verbally and even physically abusive and for some reason they think they're above the law. Mike, there were several witnesses to your finger waving and Lynn, there were multiple people who saw your husband completely out of line. It's time the rumor of you two come out publicly and state that the two of you are NOT running for reelection. I heard that rumor yesterday Mike Dunn, you're finished. The public deserves to know the truth to that rumor and if you stick around, you better never get in my face again. I'm a man Mike Dunn, not one of the women you can verbally attack and think you're a tough guy/bully. The next time I'll have you arrested. Oh, and if you don't think it will happen, try me.

Now we're talking! The turn out was far greater than I have ever seen. These were people truly interested in what's going on in the County and not just friends and family members of the candidates.

Could it be that people are actually starting to become concerned about what's happening in this County?

Another Threat On My Life

The other day I posted an article about the people who were dumb enough to take a video of illegal activity at the Old Salisbury Mall. The Police Chief did in fact do something about it and today I received a response from the dummy who posted the video on his own "My Space" Internet Site.

Chief Webster, I will take the very last sentence as a personal threat on my life and I want something done about this immediately.

It's A Sad Day For Every Citizen In Salisbury!!!!!

Barrie Tilghman, Chief Webster & the Flying Monkeys sat and listened to the Volunteers of the Mounted Police Patrol almost beg to be a part of placing the three horses Barrie Tilghman has decided to make surplus items and auction off.

Bill and Judy Hearne sat patiently and suffered through even more lies as promises were made and not delivered once again. The Hearne's have unconditionally given for many, many years to these horses and you know what, they'll have no say where the horses go and they'll also get a plaque. Who wants to bet there isn't enough money in the world that will bring Bill & Judy Hearne to ANY plaque ceremony the Mayor is dying to hold?

These horses are NOT surplus items. A bulldozer is a surplus item. A run down police car is a surplus item. An old typewriter is a surplus item. Police Dogs are never considered a surplus item and these three horses shouldn't be as well! Your piss poor excuses are ridiculous Barrie Tilghman and the only reason you're doing this is to make 100% sure Jennifer and I do not get one of these horses.

I'll make you a deal then. If you'll allow Bill Hearne to place these horses into good homes, Jennifer and I won't bid on them. Fair enough? And don't act like you don't read the Blogs. Folks, do take note that Chief Webster was not present last night, probably because he didn't want to face Bill Hearne once again because he came to realize Bill will NOT back down and this event was televised.

I'll close with this Folks. Each and "every" employee of the Salisbury Zoo stated Jennifer Albero was the best Zookeeper the Salisbury Zoo had. Dr. Tragle will tell you the same and without Jennifer he couldn't do his job there. I have to live with the woman and trust me, everything is done 100%, not even 95%! These horses would have been in the best care of their lives, well fed and loved to no end. Each and every rider would be given free rights to our property whenever they wanted to ride and care for these horses as well. That probably won't happen in the future because Barrie and YES, Chief Webster are out to get those Officers that spilled the beans about these animals going up for auction.

One day it will come around Barrie and Alan. Karma has a way of doing that. Kind of like throwing gasoline on a fire after it's already been light, know what I mean?

Mayor Barrie Tilghman Gets Really Pissed Off!

Once Barrie Tilghman came to learn just how cooperative City Department Heads were with Terry & Linda Kent she went over the top and produced a letter, (typical of Barrie) telling everyone they better never have anything further to do with them in the future or else!

She mentions other people but not names, (ME) because she knows I have the resources to come after her if she does and the others might not.

Yes Barrie, I'm the guy that took the pictures inside the Old Mall. I'm not afraid of you and you know it. You have tried and exhausted every possible avenue to do anything you can against me and you have failed because this is the United States Of America and not Barrieville.

Don't miss the fireworks at 7:00 tonight at the Willards Fire Department. The last time there were some 150 people plus refusing to allow a Strip Club into their Town. Tonight they make their final decision. It should be a lot of fun!

The Downtown Plaza At Night

I almost didn't put this up because it was blurry but you know what, not bad for driving past and snapping off a quick one at night.

The Downtown Plaza looks beautiful at night and this was the first time I had ever seen it light up. Let's hope they do more because even I would come visit for a stroll in the evening. How about you?

After hooking up Site Meter I am very please to announce I have had 3,842 Visits today so far. As I'm confident Barrie Tilghman is telling everyone working in the City that only a select few people actually go to the Blogs, think again Barrie!

One of the funniest parts about it is, there isn't a department within the entire City that doesn't tell me all the time that they love my Blog Site and they visit it every day. Next, I'm confident Barrie will put out a memo to everyone telling them they are forbidden to visit the Blog Sites. Oh, if you do Barrie I can assure you I'll get a copy of it and I'll Blog it right away.

Yes Folks, Barrie will soon run the City similar to Russia but the more she tries to push people away, the stronger we'll grow. To think my Blog Site was not included in those advertised in articles in The Daily Times, I'd say 3,842 Visits speaks volume like there's no tomorrow!

As for The Daily Times, my Blog Site is for sale for $4,000,000.00, cash only, no stock. So the next question is, should I start selling advertising space on my Blog? Hmmmmmmmmm? I think I'm going to start advertising in The Guide soon, what the heck!

Linda Kent blew everyone away tonight at the City Council Meeting when she pulled out page after page after page of Police Calls to the Old Mall over the past couple of years. I happen to know the Police Department refuses to go to the Old Mall most of the time and they very rarely make arrests whenever they do.

The Mayor came back with, "I'm holding a Press Conference at the Old Mall tomorrow at 11:30." Guess what Mayor, you're going to be 1/2 hour late because there's going to be a Press Conference at 11:00 tomorrow morning at the Old Mall, maybe you should come and listen because as far as the entire City of Salisbury is concerned, you're in way over your head on this one and your drowning big time.

You may silence The Daily Times but you can't silence the Blogs!

John Dykstra

John Dykstra (Eastern Shore Veterinary Hospital, and husband of deceased veterinarian Sarah Dykstra) is in danger of being deported.

I don't know all the details, but John is Canadian and for whatever reason, he hasn't done the paperwork necessary to become a U.S. citizen.

Sarah Dykstra is the Veterinarian that was killed not long ago while jogging off the side of the road and a Georgetown Town Officer hit her and then ran. Several days later, (after becoming sober, I'm sure) he turned himself in.

John & Sarah have been so good to the community and it would be a shame to see him have to leave with his children simply because of paperwork.

Another beautiful day in paradise! I think I'll go out onto the front porch for the next hour and a half and smoke a nice big fat JR Ultimate Cigar.

If I Were Elected Mayor Of Salisbury.......

Oh how things would change!

First of all, ALL Council Meetings would start with Public Comment and no one, (unless they were completely out of line) would be gaveled down!

All City Council Members would be heard and respected or there would be fines and or dismissal.

There would be a one time "get out of jail card" offered to each and every employee working within the City to NARC on their employer/boss. Any and all illegal activities would be brought to the surface and or if found out at a later point the people involved would be prosecuted as a team.

Then I'd walk right into the Zoo on my very first day and I'd fire Jim Rapp and Carrie Sammis. Just to torture anyone left working at the Zoo immediately thereafter I'd hire Jennifer to come in and run the show until I hired a "PROFESSIONAL" replacement.

I'd then put an immediate halt to the Master Plan and immediately make offers to buy the Old Mall and relocate the Zoo there to higher ground. I'd fire the entire Zoo Commission and find citizens that truly care about animals, the environment and people that truly knew how to run a business and treat the Zoo as such.

Then I'd call in the entire Public Works Department and I'd fire John Jacobs and Dave Winslow right in front of everyone because they are LIARS! End of story in that department.

I'd close the road on the Downtown Plaza and encourage everyone to bring that back to what it used to be.

OK, here's some BIG ideas. Id then put together a team, fly them to San Antonio Texas and let them see the River Walk for a few days. When they returned I'd start to construct that same atmosphere right here in Salisbury and create Economic & Development through visitors to our beautiful City.

I'd encourage firing Chief Webster and consolidating the Police Department into one County Wide Police Department through Mike Lewis. I'd also encourage having the City of Salisbury swallowed up by the County to lower taxes and get away from corruption within the City.

I could go on and on for hours here with ideas but that's a good start. I might have to annex Delmar into Salisbury so I could live where I'm living too. LOL I'd have no problem living in the City if Barrie Tilghman were completely gone. Until then, I'll stay in Delmar. However, the laws would have to change as to how many animals we could have too! ;-)

Oh, Linda Kent, Terry Cohen and others would get a Key to the City for al they have done to eliminate corruption in City Government. I'd also give Debbie Campbell, (or her husband) one free slug, (maybe two) at Mike Dunn and the Chief would be demanded to turn his back, just like he did with Rachel Polk. BAM!

No Comments Until After We've Already Made Our Decisions, Then It's Worthless Anyway!

The City Council is pulling yet another fast one tonight as they will slide right through the Sassafras Annexation without any interference whatsoever.

Notice how Mike Dunn has once again screwed the Public and taken advantage of his now, "I'm a millionaire" status level because of Sassafras Meadows.

Just remember Folks, they're going to do all they can in the little time they have left to make as much money as they can on the sly by screwing every one of you because in the end they know they're toast come election time. This includes anything they can make on the sly with elevators too! Remember Folks, ONE BID and ONE PRICE!

Gary, if you truly believe in that mind of yours that you'll even come close to becoming Mayor, you need to seek professional help. After all that the Council has done to screw the citizens, you're outta there and the only smart on who knows what's coming is Lynn!

It's time for a change Folks and I think we all know, Barrie, Mike, Gary and Lynn are outta there and the Blogs brought them down! Well, the citizens did, we just published it.
