Democratic Georgia Rep. Vernon Jones plans to introduce legislation classifying attacks against President Donald Trump’s supporters as hate crimes.
“I’ve watched countless videos of Trump supporters getting attacked in the streets simply due to their support of @realDonaldTrump,” Jones tweeted Tuesday. “Let’s call this what this is: a hate crime. And as we return to the legislature next week, I’ll be introducing legislation that’ll make it such.”Democratic Georgia Rep. Amen it's about time, that's all of this resurrected racism is about stirred up by the Democrats to point everything against Trump and make it look like the country is falling apart under his leadership. They didn't mind when the economy was so good, and this country was getting the respect it did from the world, and we were setting the changes for trade to be more fair and $ in our pockets. It's just they don't want 4 more years because it will be compared to Obama's failures 0f his 8 yrs. In my 72 years I have never seen so much hatred directed to a president and even his family, everything has been directed by the Democratic Party and they have made fools of themselves.
