Honestly I have never visited Cumming’s district. I can only imagine; Elijah is wealthy, his constituents re-elect him on empty promises. Obviously he does not live there. He and the NAACP have done nothing for people of color.

7:18 cummings does live full time in Balto. You can do an online street ride around Balto. A good place to start that is representative of that city is in the 1800 blk of McHenry St. This is what is referred to as West Balto -and where cummings lives-but again is representative of the entire city with a few small pockets of niceness here and there. Cummings lives on Madison which is better then most places in Balto but is not considered one of the wealthier areas but still far away from the rat roach infested crime ridden poverty stricken areas that he represents. It's been like an out of sight out of mind thing with cummings. He's done nothing for Balto ever.
Cummings is a prime example of why there should be term limits
