We were out to dinner Tuesday night at Adams Ribs and its funny the staff already knew the County was doing these checks when they asked us for our ID's.
Guess some people get the Heads up, others are Set up!
Re Adams--The word gets out immediately after the first bust.Licensees call other friend licensees as soon as they know.BTW-BREW RIVER WAS CHECKED NUMEROUS TIMES WHEN I WAS ON THE LICENSING BOARD FOR 8 YEARS.THERE WERE NO FAVORS GRANTED AND THE BOARD MEMBERS DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE THE INSPECTORS WE GOING OUT.I VOTED NOT GUILTY EVERY TIME THE CASE WAS NOT IRON CLAD.THE STATES ATTORNEY EVEN DISAGREED WITH ME ON ONE CASE BUT IT WAS NOT CHALLENGED IN COURT.
As for the person who commented on Goin Nuts. I've worked there for over 20 years. That was our first violation. Get your facts straight before you point fingers.
