That is exactly what it is, has been corrupt for years and they keep voting for the same "RATS". Wake up people of Baltimore, until you vote the corrupt ones out, your city will remain corrupt. Someone really needs to track all the money that went their way.

I have no problem w/ him saying it but have that same energy and call out other communities that have heroin and meth heads sucking up govt. Assistance or the Amish communities getting rich off of govt. assistance
