What was also sad was the way traffic was handled long after the accident. We were downtown and got news of the accident and that Coastal was stopped northbound just around 60th street. So, we waited for an hour for it to clear so we could make our way home in North OC. When it didn't clear up, we went around and came back via rt. 90, knowing the accident was south of the bridge. This is where logic and reason was thrown out the window: the police were moving inbound 90 traffic SOUTH - yes, SOUTH!! It made no sense, since the accident was 2 blocks SOUTH of the 90 / Coastal hwy intersection. We had to go down 2 blocks, make a U-turn, drive north through a few alleys and get back on Coastal. Guess where? Right before the rt 90 intersection. In all my days, I've never witnessed such a mismanaged traffic control as I did last night by the OC keystone cops. I hope the spokesperson can explain the post-accident traffic flow at rt 90, because I'm really curious what the reasoning behind their decisions were. I understand everything south being blocked, but not north. Esplain, Lucy.

Is a shame that your poor little life was inconvenienced. Maybe you would have preferred to be the gentleman that lost his life. Get over it!
7:54 That gentleman as you call him did not have to lose his life. He was fleeing the popo, and riding a motorcycle beyond his ability.
9:35 And inconvenienced hundreds if not thousands of tourists and residents of Ocean City, poor gentleman.
