After the Baltimore riots in 2015, President Barack Obama spoke about communities in the major Maryland city that are struggling with “abject poverty,” “no investment,” and drugs.

You know, this all started immediately after Trump got ELECTED POTUS. Cummings immediately started talking about impeachment and has badgered Trump relentlessly ever since.
Think about it: if someone you worked with was constantly and publicly beating the drum to get you fired, wouldn't you eventually snap back at them?
Cummings is going to regret this. I think his district is up for grabs after the attention this has given to his despicable record for not helping his constituents.

Cummings is one stupid individual. He was actually screaming at someone during a Congressional hearing. So dumb. So lack of respect for others who disagree with him. Too many like him in public office.

He was screaming at border patrol and the crisis at the border....that according to the dems did not exist. They can't properly do their job if they have NO funding and the Dems would not give them any. So basically he was complaining about a crisis that they created by not giving them funds.
Correct - which stated. I have a hard time trying to understand how people can say something of importance one time and than flat out say something that totally condicts their previous statement - nationally.
