A Florida Highway Patrol state trooper was arrested on Saturday in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, for having an alleged affair with a 15-year-old girl.
Police arrested Riley Marcus Schwarz, 23, after the girl’s parents found a journal their daughter kept that detailed the relationship.
“The contents of the journal indicate that the relationship was sexual in nature and that they had been talking to each other since Sept. 23, 2018,” the arrest affidavit says, according to reports.
The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said Schwarz faces two counts of lewd and lascivious battery involving sexual activity of a victim between 12 and 16 years of age.

You know a generation ago young women were married off to older men who could financially take care of them. So your 15 year old daughter could be screwing a 17 year dope smoking high school dropout or a 23 year old cop. One is definitely better and she is going to screw if she wants too. These kids aren't naïve but any means. He broke the law I suppose but I don't see her as a victim.
23 Y/O & 15 Y/O well developed and sexually active teen. This was nothing unusual back in the 60's, 70's, & 80's. My, how times have changed. In many states it is still a legal practice, with the parent's consent.
