Laurel- The Delaware State Police are continuing to investigate the suspicious death of an adult female victim.
The investigation began on March 9, 2019 at approximately 7:24 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to S. Shell Bridge Road in the area of Broad Creek Estates for a victim that was found deceased on the side of the roadway.
The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate this incident and are working closely with the Delaware Division of Forensic Science to determine the identity of the victim and the cause and manner of death.
There has been no other suspicious activity reported in the area at this time. The Delaware State Police, Troop 5 along with allied agencies have increased their patrols in the area.

Body has been identified after namus.gov post the pictures of the tattoos.
What's with all these bodies by the roadsides.
back in September there was a body dumped close to there. They had one guy arrested, but I don't know if they got the other one.
