First of all the story says nothing about him mistaken it for an Uber. What it states is that he was standing outside WAITING FOR HIS UBER when a Dodge Charger pulled up. A suspect got out and demanded their valuables. The victim then followed them to their car to try and REASON with them to get his license. So please tell me what I missed??
