Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California wants to ban assault weapons, instate a federal gun buy-back program for those who own them and criminally prosecute those who refuse to hand them over.
The representative wrote an op-ed in USA Today Thursday rolling out what he feels is the gun control policy America should adopt, one that would take “military-style semiautomatic assault weapons” away from law-abiding citizens and threaten them with jail time if they refuse.
“Reinstating the federal assault weapons ban that was in effect from 1994 to 2004 would prohibit manufacture and sales, but it would not affect weapons already possessed. This would leave millions of assault weapons in our communities for decades to come,” Swalwell wrote. “Instead, we should ban possession of military-style semiautomatic assault weapons, we should buy back such weapons from all who choose to abide by the law, and we should criminally prosecute any who choose to defy it by keeping their weapons.”

And you clowns keep saying they won't come for your guns, yet this is what it does, come for you guns!!! So now what excuse are you going to make to fool yourself that these people want to make you slaves and they will do so once all guns are no longer allowed to be sold, bought or even posses???
They already are trying this in another state, I think it was Illinois but I am not sure...
I just hope and prey you fools will stand up and fight back, with guns if necessary, because that looks to be the only way now...
If the law gets introduced and passed, you mind as well start to carry your guns, even without a permit, becasue at that point you are already a felon once this man's wishes becomes a law...

Getting 300 MIILION guns from Americans ain't going to be as easy as it was in England and Australia. It won't be easy at all. In those countries, their SUBJECTS just said "well, I don't want to go to prison...."
In America, we'd say, "If you want to put me in prison, I'm going for a good reason, and so, go ahead. Come on over. Bring LOTS of help. My neighbors will be there, too. In front, behind, from the side. You MIGHT get the guns, but they will be red-hot".
I keep telling you --- they will not stop until they've killed thousands of Americans and imprisoned another million in the effort to disarm us, OR, we stop their breathing first.
With rope, of course.
The great thing? "We, the people" get to pick.
Start buying, uh,.....rope.
Bring back the good ol' tar and feathers. Non-lethal and very educational!
