The first 110 days of darkness were brought to you by the corruption in your own government. The power being back on is compliments of the Federal Marshals!
I was in Puerto Rico a month ago. It is bad. Businesses closing. Stores open with no lights or air. I know alot of their problems are political but they are U S citizens. Send money to them instead of foreign countries who expect our money and treat US poorly.
